Wang Legal Group is a boutique law firm specializing in employment litigation, advice, and counseling in both California and Nevada. Founded by attorney David T. Wang, the Firm is committed to providing the highest-quality legal services to individuals for their workplace disputes.

We fight on behalf of employees for full workplace justice.  The Firm handles all manner of employment issues for employees, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.  We also handle wage issues involving unpaid wages, overtime, and other violations of the California Labor Code.

Wang Legal Group helps employees in all stages of the employment process. We help negotiate employment packages for employees starting a new job, assist current employees with workplace bullies or unfair treatment, and help employees with severance/exit packages. We are trial attorneys and of course litigate employment issues regularly.
